Stephen Richards Covey was the author of the best-selling book, "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People". Other books he wrote include "First Things First", "Principle-Centered Leadership", and "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective Families". In 2004, Covey released "The 8th Habit". 前面的话：这本书花的时间比较长，不是难懂，而是比较精细的阅读，如果你没有看过，我推荐你一定要看，这是一本从内到外改变一个人思维的好书。加上有几天晚上几乎睡不着觉，白天头痛难忍，对于有睡眠问题的人，真的好羡慕一觉睡到天亮深睡眠的人。从开始计划每周读一本书到现在，一直在努力集中精力，而且越读书越发现，书的很多知识，如果我10年前就知道这些道理，现在的我，应该不是这个样子了，所以培养读书习惯目前是一件很快乐很享受的事情。为了不分散精力，我戒掉了看手机，首先从公众号开始，基本不打开公众号，里面的内容几乎都是吸引你眼球的东西，读下来，对你根本没有用处。其次，我删了很多手机APP，比如Facebook，Instagram, ***等，还关闭了微信朋友圈，代购号还开着为了发广告，但现在有了全职工作，已经不想再发广告了。我发现没有了这些分散精力的APP，公众号，朋友圈，我的时间更能把控了，专注做有意义的事情！

要改变现状，首先要改变自己；要改变自己，先要改变我们对问题的看法。
