因此，“T屋”的经验展示出了一种全新的、人本主义管理哲学的中心教义：快乐的工人是好工人；只有满足了工人的心理以及社会（而不是物质）需要，幸福之路才会通畅；一个组织“非正式的”或者说“人性的”一面——它的文化和价值，要远比它正式的等级制度更为重要。

加利福尼亚大学洛杉矶分校战略教授理查德·鲁梅尔特曾经说过一句广为人知的俏皮话，“如果你知道如何设计一辆大摩托引擎，我可以在几天之内教会你需要知道的所有与战略有关的东西。如果你拥有战略学博士的头衔，即便是历经数年的艰辛学习，也不可能获取设计大摩托引擎的本领。”

管理科学甚至可以延伸至掌控市场自身的程度。安所付的思想中隐含着这样一种观点：管理者，而非市场，才是生产性资源分配方面的权威……对安索夫来说，理想的世界是一个被管理的世界。……当然在真实的世界中，相反的观点更接近于事实。市场环境中一个恒久不变的特质就是”波动“；频繁变化的是人们的计划。
