作者简介：

ROBERT F. BRUNER is Distinguished Professor of Business Administration at the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Virginia. He teaches the course "Mergers and Acquisiti***" in Darden's MBA program, and is the faculty director of Darden's executive education program, "Mergers and Acquisiti***." Bruner is the author or coauthor of over 400 case studies and notes, as well as Case Studies in Finance: Managing for Corporate Value Creation—now in its fourth edition. His latest book, Applied Mergers and Acquisiti***, was recently published by Wiley. Bruner has served as a c***ultant to over twenty corporati*** and the U.S. Government, and prior to his academic career, he worked as a commercial banker and venture capitalist. Bruner holds a BA from Yale University, and an MBA and DBA from Harvard University.
