There are thousands of books that have been written on business leadership. Many of these have been translated into Chinese and many have been swallowed up by Chinese business people. China has an enormous need to improve the quality of its leadership and current and future leaders are starving for more information to help them get to the top. 作者简介：

Dr. Frank Gallo has lived in China for many years and is one of its foremost executive coaches. He works with both Chinese and Western executives to help

them become better leaders within their businesses in China.

He is the retired Greater China Managing C***ult-ant for the international c***ulting giant, Watson Wyatt Worldwide. In that capacity he directed the operati*** of Watson Wyatt offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Upon retirement, he founded Calypso C***ulting, a firm dedicated to improving the quality of business leadership in China. His clients have included large multinational companies as well as domestic Chinese firms. He has worked within most industries in various parts of China. He writes a monthly column for ClIO Magazine in China which is published in Chinese. He is the former Director of the Human Resources Forum of the American Chamber of Commerce in China and currently serves as the Forum's Chair Emeritus. Dr. Gallo also holds a Professorship at the Beijing Capital University of Economics and Trade.
