每次只处理一项内容可以迫使你集中全部注意力来做出判断。注意力是确保解决问题的必要条件。


对于许多人的组织整理工作而言,强行对事情进行排序正是导致挫败感的根源。


大多数人都有个老习惯,就是每天把第二天想做的事情都列成一个待办事项清单,想当然地把那些第二天能完成的事情都写在里面,但是实际却很难将这些事情如期完成,这就需要将那些未完成的事情再转到后天的待办事项清单中。千万别这么做。


“项目”清单中不应该包含项目执行的具体细节或方案,也不应该按照重要性、大小、紧急程度来排序——其实它就是一个包含了所有未完成任务的目录。
